“The most common is Category IV…on a normal office visit, a return visit, it should be the last thing you de before you send the patient home. What we believe Category IV does is lock in your adjustment. So they haven’t fallen apart by the time you get home. Category IV…is when you walk your patient, and they have a one-sided butt action. This is an indication that they have a Category IV, one side of the pelvis is locked up, and it doesn’t swing free from side to side or up and down. That must be corrected.”
