DOMESTIC (within the United States)

USPS First Class on packages up to 13 ounces

USPS Priority on packages 14 ounces or greater

INTERNATIONAL (outside of the United States)

USPS First Class International: if weight of package is less than 4 pounds or if value of contents is less than $400USD.

USPS Priority Mail: if weight of package is 4 pounds or greater and/or if value of contents is $400USD or greater.
